My Parents usually go for routine check-up and just from 2 years they choose Ushamullapudi hospital.
For the first time after my mom got all the reports from hospital Mr.V.Hari Ram told everything is fine but back of the reports at some corner he mentioned as TSH(Thyroid) check needed but dint even tell a single word to my parents which went inconspicuous by us.
The following year again they went for full body check-up and found some abnormality in heart which they call ‘Minimal pericardial effusion’ (Minimum water around Heart) for which he saw old reports and saw that corner scribble and asked us to go for TSH test which came out with abnormal report of 25(Normal range is 0.3-5).He asked us to take thyronorm 25mg and come back after 2 months .When I asked if the doss is not to less for range 25 and I just suggested him saying that may be 75mg should be ok then he got puzzled and told that should be fine which he is not sure abt L
We consulted endocrinologist and he suggested 75mg and she is cured.
So after two months of second visit mom again underwent 2D echo for which the result is same (‘Minimal pericardial effusion’).After consulting so call doctor Hari Ram he just told directly to my parents that ‘I cannot do anything now it is not related to Heart problem do not come back to me on this problem. Consult a physician’. When asked him what might be the reason for water around heart he replied saying that may be Kidney, lungs infection or even cancer to any of the body parts and transmitted to heart . We all are shocked for his response even after all the reports showed normal which he suspected to be abnormal.
We consulted another cardiologist and physician and did many checkups and found everything is normal. Thank God for that but it was a mental tension to all my family members for one week.
Finally Bakwas Hospital and Doctor .Mr.Hari ram please do not play with patients and their familys with your half knowledge. If you want to learn from experiences learn from animals not for human beings please.
