I purchased usha janome allure sewing machine in mangalore some years back.
Actually I had seen a demo in one exhibition of this product and was impressed. I bought this sewing machine from usha show room itself. The machine is no doubt the best.
But at the beginning when we purchased he said he will send a demo person to home for proper use. After calling so many days also the service person didn't turn up. Finally I started watching the usha janome allure demo video from internet and learnt a bit how to use, but still I don't no to use most of the accessories which is given in it. I am having a very good sewing machine but not satisfied by their service, but recommended this.
