Hi dear friends, I am going to share my very bad experienced about this Air Cooler. Now I will share you below in details-
I am using this air cooler for six months, I have bought this air cooler from amazon online shopping site. It works for two months then this air cooler is not working properly. I had to check each and every day to make sure that the water pump which pulls the water is actually working not correct. Two mechanics visited twice and changed motors of swing and fan( motor) . Even after change of the motor assemblies, the problem in the cooler continues. The cooler is making pathetic noise and swing is also not working 3rd time within 2 months of purchase. About the cooling system you will get cool air only when you will sit in front of it .it does not cool your room cool and while the product is on it will make a bad sound.The cooling of the cooler was not appropriate at all because it takes near about the 25 minutes to make my room cooler that is too much high because my room size is 15 ft* 15 ft* 12ft.The power consumption is very high near about the 300 per week the charges while using daily of the 1 hour.The air cooler design is not proper their is need of the 1-liter water for more cooling, the size is very big that it is hard to accommodate. The service and support of this company is very slow. Last month the speed button of my cooler does not work properly. I called them but they don't give any reply. Reliability: this cooler is not reliable. They does not work properly.Value for money : This cooler is too much expensive compare to other cooler brands like this. Please don’t buy this aircooler.
