Usha is a very good indian brand with international quality , I used many products from this brand and I am very satisfied with there products but this time its performance is not very good.
Cooling capacity: The cooling capacity which is the main feature of a cooler is very poor. Its not able to cool my room as its capacity is poor.
Service and support: There services are very poor, as I complaint for the sound problem but no one came to solve it. So there after sale services are not very good.
Quality and durability: The quality of the product is also not satisfactory. So this low quality it is not durable.
Overall this cooler is not good as per my requirements, it is totally wastage of money.
