Aloha my dear friends of mouthshut, here is a simple information of the nutrients i use mostly.......

1. Shaklee vita lea multi vitamin supplements with iron, 120 tablets, has all the high potency nutrients as all vitamins but in kosher made, the nutrients some are, slfalfa, grapefruit, bioflavonoids, lemon, lecithin, acerola extract, spirulina, rose hips, b12, biotin, pantothenic acid, iron, A,C,D, and E, K, thiamin, riboflavin, calcium, etc.....and dont worry, this is all kosher!!!! which is good!!

2. Shaklee calcium magnesium plus dietary supplements helps reduce the risk of osteoporosis, its a shaklee new formula, consists of 180 tablets, brief ingredients are: vitamin D, K, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper, maganese, sodium, boron, take 6 tablets daily with food, this provides 1,2oo milligram of highly concentrated and absorbable sources of elemental calcium to meet the increased RDA recommended by the institude of Medicine. I t also includes 700 mg of phosphorus to aid bone strength and mineralization, 200 mg of magnesium to balance the dietary minerals vitamin D to stimulate calcium absorptionvitamin K to help bind minerals to the bone matrix and other bone health trace elements to aid in proper bone formation.

3. Wheat Grass another Kosher nutrients which i take, and who is formulated by Pines international Inc. in kansas .... contains 100% wheat grass, with vitamin c, calcium, iron, folic acid, potassium, total fat=0...cholestral=0...sodium=1milligram, total carbohydrate=2grams...dietary fiber=1gram...sugars=0!!! this also contains vitamin A 1500 IU.


4. Safi the blood purifier, which is in a bright green box a liquid herbal remedy for skin diseases such as acne, vulgaris, boils, skin rashes, blemishes, urticaria, etc.. it claims it checks nose bleeding, cures constipation, corrects indigestion improves complexion and helps you to stay slim and smart product of India, by Hamdaed!! I purchased this at our honolulu India store which it costs me $7.99 cents, pretty high in costs, but i bought it anyways hoping to get a miracle out of it, tastes herbally, like molasses, not bad in taste, it claims its a blood purifier, anything natural that wont harm me, im willing to try.....anything to keep this body, mind, spirit in top shape!!!!!

5. ....A brief title of other nutrients...Powdered drink ’Green Magma, and a japan imported sun chlorella tablets, also im taking this barleans highests lignan flax seed oil tablets, and just finished the primrose oil of barleans which was also wonderful!!! sorry...im beat for the day, i was out weed wacking the grass in our yard at home here, and im tired, i just thought i would give some healthy information to you all about my nutrients lifestyle!! aloha!!
