starts to show its harmful effects slowly and prominently! I personally feel that as we cannot change our hectic work schedules,we can try to incorporate atleast healthy nutrition into our lives! Indian foods,we can say, is in a way balanced.It consists of cabohydrates(rotis,rice),proteins(leafy vegetables,curds,paneer), fats(ghee).
Vitamins play an important role in various functions such as for healthy and glowing skin, for proper maintenance of body as well as for stable mind.Vitamins like vitamin A,D,E and K are found in our day to day foods like tomatoes,cabbage,green vegetables,carrots,milk and milk products, cereals, nuts. Nowadays it is a growing trend in markets worldwide to have biotin or vitamins like vitamin K to be present in cosmetic products.But,i, having used some of them,think the effect is there,but is not evident enough as they are marketed.So,its better to have these vitamins in direct,pure form rather than taking it in indirect,chemically treated way! This will serve two purposes with one thing,that is,it will help in staying healthy skin and body as well as keeping our mind fresh and healthy too.
