This is one of the holly book which was compiled and composed during the period of Sikh gurus. It was written by Bhaii Gurdass ji in 1469 to 1708 and was compiled by fifth guru "guru Arjun Dev Ji".it consist of1430 pages .First name of this book was "Adi Granth" which was given by Guru ArjunDev ji.In this book first five Sikh gurus, ninth guru, bhatts, theBhagats and sikhs hymns are written. After writting ninth guru's hymns the name of this book was changed from Adi Granth to Guru Granth Sahib. This book's first edition was bringed in Harmander Sahib, Amritsar and was bringed by Baba BudhaJi andBhai Gurdas Ji. The person who had firstly read this book in harmander sahib was Baba Budha ji . After ten gurus Bhai Mani singh Ji and Baba Deep singh ji had maked so many copies of this book to give in the whole word for reading. this Book was written in Gurmakhii. Sikh consider guru Granth Sahib to be spiritual not only for Sikhs but for the whole humanity. In this teaching and hymns are called" Gurbani". In the starting of this book Mull Mantar is written which was given by Guru Nanak Ji . Some hymns are that which are written in the form of music .When I read this book, I was feeling so happy beacause I learned so many things from this book. Futhermore, this book is available in so many languages in this world . Now these days thousands of copies are available of this book . Overall, by reading this book we can feel so many things in our mind which will make us happy . By this we will feel that god is always with us and god will always help us when we will be in any trouble, will give right path to move in life.
