I feel this review is:
Universal book seller is one of the good book store in Lucknow but there is no wide ranges of book available .The accessibility to the store is good. Customer service in the store is not good the staff there is very uncooperative and not helping customer for finding the perfect book. They don't have much collections of book and availability of book is very low. Range of books is very low u can only find some of famous novel .Overall experience is this book store is very bad as my experience.
