I feel this review is:
The family healthcare policy premium is not calculated correctly taking into account the corresponding no claim discount by the system and wrong calculation is done, given to customer.Please change this callous attitude so that you can grow as fast as your competitors and serve the customers better. Else you might perish ultimately in the immensely competitive insurance market.
