Harassing United India Health Insurance Policy . Review on United India Auto Insurance

I have taken health insurance policy for my self(policy no. 01110148119760000129) and my wife(policy no:-01110148119760000131) by making online payment. Even if my payment was successful and policy no. was generated online(mentioned above) I hadn't received any soft copy or hard copy from uiic. Then I lodged my complain to irda complain no.( GRIEVANCE REGISTRATION NUMBER: PG0015912011) about the same. Again after waiting for long 15 day I received one e mail from uiic(from:srahul@uiic.co.in) in which he sent only soft copy of my policy(Manish Kumar) not the tpa card. Instantly I replied to that e mail that I have taken two policy and sending him attached copy of successful payment and policy no. but they did not bothered to reply to my mail. Again I lodged my complain to irda(PG0018042011) and waiting for response from them.

These kind of thing are really harassing for customtakeouter like me. How I can trust these type of policy if companies are playing such kind of hide and seek in sending policy paper. Now question is coming into my mind that if any thing unfortunate happen to me will this company will listen to my call. Till today I have not received tpa card, what will happen if I need this policy facility in near future.

Now I am feed up with this company grievance addressing system. If IRDA or consumer forum can do any thing please do the needful. I want compensation for being harassed by this company.

Hope I will get some positive reply from uiic of this consumer forum in next few days. My contact no. and email id is already in database of uiic, so I am not giving here detail about that they can't give excuse that they don't have any details to contact me(uiic can get my contact details from my policy no.)
