Hello friends, I made an account on this bank about 3-4 months ago. In this bank if you want to create an account on this bank minimum amount you needed is 500 rupees which is problem for students who don't have jobs.
About 1 & 1/2 months ago I withdraw 1000 rupees to my paytm wallet & the amounts was deducted from my account and didn't come to my paytm wallet. So I complained about this first to paytm, they told me that they don't receive any amount by the bank so ask about this too your bank. Then I call their customer care number to ask about this to them, they told to wait for 1 week. After 1 week the amount wasn't come in my account, so I visited the bank & they told me you submit a application with all the information. After 14 days I got the money back but it was very long time to refund the money & I have to do so many things to get my money back. Worst bank ever, I have a very bad experience with this bank.
