Opening an account in this bank was my biggest mistake, I had opened my account with this bank in around 2012. At that moment I didn't had much knowledge about the Banks my mother opened my account here. For opening a new account you have to fill in a form, and I have also done the same and my account was opened with Rs 1000 savings. I never used the account much it was just for emergency purposes if I needed it in future. But when I really needed the account and I wanted online services I had to face a lot difficulties.
Firstly the staff is very careless, all my details were not correctly saved by them on there system. My Fathers name was incorrect my email ID was not updated, my date birth was wrongly entered, because of all this I was having a wrong cheque book and I was not able to get my Online services done. They just keep on delaying the things which could require just few minutes or few hours to be more courteous to them, but they didn't bother about my urgency and told me to come after 2 days, even then my updates were not updated and I had to face a lot of problems.There system is not User Friendly at all. Also all these things were not told to me in one go, firstly I requested them to update my father's name, once it was done I came to know about my date of birth, once it was fixed then they told me that my email ID is also required at its not updated, it was really frustrated and painful to wait for three weeks at least to get this simple task done.
Now I have there mobile banking and online banking services, Mobile banking app is I can say that its has some improvements, but still the online banking thing is still tricky and difficult to understand how to operate in one go.
