I was opened my first bank account at union bank of india in 2011. It's a student account & opened with just Rs. 500 as a minimum deposit. From 2011 to till date, this bank gives best services.
Currently, I'm using Mobile Banking, Debit card cum ATM & also IMPS. Immediate Payment Service(IMPS) is very useful, I used this so many times.
Bank Staff also helpful to the customers. Once, I want to withdraw Rs.3500 from the ATM, due to some technical fault in machine, it deduct from my account but money did not came out from machine. So, I give request to bank manager regarding this issue. After 4-5 days, money will be return back to my account. I really thankful for this help by the bank staff.
