Staff gives very good service.. Review on Union Bank Of India

Hi all, I have an account in this bank. This bank gives very good customer service and the staff of this bank are very helpful in banking matters. recently because of note ban, I have gone to exchange the notes, the staff behave very well and patiently help the customer and also special service is been given to senior citizens and specially able people.I liked this.This bank gives many service like phone banking, Internet banking etc. Phone banking is very good service where we get SMS regarding the balance, withdrawal or deposit of cash in bank. My one suggestion for them is to come up with more number of ATM's everywhere for better customer service.Internet banking facility is also very good and can make safe transactions through this bank's internet banking service.

Overall, its very good bank, service and staff service.
