Hi Friends
If you are looking for your saving account in Union Bank of India Please be away from this bank services because there is very poor services here which we have received from here
My brother having his saving account with this bank since a long time and every time they seems in trouble due to its very poor services because after opening the account till date the Internet banking not activated after with a long followup
I have visited many times with my brother in this bank and during our visits we found the staff having a lot of attitude and they never take our problems seriously, Every time they told to us that given a written application for start the Internet banking, Which we have already given to them three times
The phone banking services also found only for name, Its never found working, We had tried its a lot of time
The ATM strengths of this bank also found very low or around the bank area only instead of multi locations or in rural areas
There is nothing like customer service support because there is no any one where we can logged our complaint and can get the complaint no for our issues
I have already requested to my brother for close this account and apply in other banks like HDFC for good services and better response
