I am an account holder of this bank till 6 years.
( UBI, GUWAHATI) .But I am not fully satisfied with this bank facilities and with their employees.very poor service provided by local branch's staff.they are not supportive and I think its happened only because of generation gap.lots of old employees are unable to understand what a new customer want.the bank staff has also some ego problem which makes lots of communication gap between customers and bank staff.phone and online banking is average. But its another problem is lack of ATM in the city.i don't try to say that this bank is bad but some minor mistakes done by the employees makes its reputation bad.
