I have a saving account with UBI. I also have a savings account in abhyudaya bank and axis bank. Union bank mulund branch has all old people recruited who are slow in their work.actually very slow.even for a statement they ask to come the next day and collect it. The ladies especially are very rude and lethargic.
Also I used the debit card for shopping. My first transaction of rs. 1495 was declined. The retailer tried again and it was successful. Later I received a message saying 1495 was debited twice and amount also deducted. When I called customer service.they registered the complaint and said that I will receive the money in 45 days. Really.does it take so much time to reverse my money.more than a month. Union bank wake up.other banks reverse the amount in 48hours.the bank and its employees are fully slow.
