Today in the market in the market many banks available but union is also one of them.but the service of the bank is very poor among all the available bank.I opened my account in this bank last one year back.but I am not satisfied by this bank because it always fail to provide a good service.
Bank suffer a lot of branches, mostly all the branches located in the city site very ineffective for the using village people.The big problems of the bank is short of atm, due to this reason they always deduct the unwanted money for the use of other atm.So I think there is need of increase the atm facility. The other faculty of the bank is also not up to mark employee fail to support the customer. So I think there is s still need of doing many improvement to make this bank for the people use.
