My father is having am account in thia bank and he also uses debit card and cheque books, but during the time of demonitization I ask him to access the account from net banking and phone banking. He agreed and I made logged in to account.
Once he wamted to transfer few fund to our relative aacvount so he allroached me to do so. I try to mafe the transaction from phone bankingvit was showing status failure to transfer, so I check through the net banki g that were showing the debited amount but the related account was not creadited. After enquiry a out the transaction to branch manager he reslonded that monry stuck in payment gateways and complaint has raised will get refunded back with in 48-72 hours. So you have to wait flr this time. And my work is not completed because of this slow banking syatem.
I never recommend anyone to do phone and internet anking from union bank otherwise you may get trouble like us. Rest own ATM are very less thanks to other banks otherwise that will be another disadvantage.
