Hi Guys I just want to share one incident withu all. my dad was having saving account in this bank when he passed away he was having some fund in this bank after giving all the proper document they were not transfering the fund in my mother s account when I visit to them. They say we need this documnet when providing all the document then also asking to get verified by advocate daily they were giving any excuses for transfer the money it took around 2 months for transfer the money very slow and rude attitude by the bank staff which I was not seen in any bank in the same case in State bank of india they transferred all the money within 2 days I was glad to see the service of sbi staff.it was the good experience with SBI but bad experience with Union bank.
