Union bank of india alias as UBI, is weak in many type of services. I have an account in Union Bank since 2012 and also a current account since 2015. The weak server of UBI cannot provides us correct information about our account balance. Their internet banking facility is flop totally. Debit card cannot work easily except Rupay card of UBI. The Sms facility also not work properly as I cant recieve update information whenever I pay with check. I always got update of only last 3 transaction, not current one.
Customer services is partially good but not best.
Phone banking is only from the registered mobile no.that makes it good on the basis of security purposes.
