As a existing account holder of this bank I have a great experience with it. Like other bank it has also SB, RD, Fixed Deposit, Loan for housing, Education, study loan & other services. Phone banking facility also available in this branch. We can check the balance, mini statement, fund transfer to other accounts and other works can be done by using phone banking service. ATM counters are available through out the india. But the ATM facility of this bank is not so good. Sometime customers are facing problem by withdraw money from it. Internet banking facility is available here. Customer can create a user by using the union bank portal. within 48 hours user ID & password activate. It has a strong security system for online transaction. One is login password & other is transaction password. All the transaction is done after we put the OTP that send to the registered mobile number. done by internet. It has two passwords one Customer support facility is good. We can clarify our doubts through the bank or through the call center.
