Hi! I am here to share my worst experience with union bank of India in jaunpur uttar pradesh Branch.
One day I visited branch to open new saving account with union bank of india .I asked to bank clerk for account opening process, he told me account can not be open you should visit to another branch. I request him to then he agree to open the account. I filled the opening form and submitted to him with 1000 rupees. Means they are manipulating with there client.
After account opening I make request to activate my internet banking services, he said you can come after 48hours. I visited bank after two days he said my account is active for INB you should submit your form online. I fill the form online inb site but after submission the error message occurs your E-mail ID is not registered with bank contact branch Next day I visited the branch that clerk said you call to customers care the executive said talk to your branch.
I composed a mail and mailed to tocgo@unionbankofindia.com and complained about bank for not processing my request for Internet banking sevices and they replied me that they have taken action against bank clerk and given instructions to bank to process my request .
In india many people face these types of issues daily and due to lack of proper knowledge they suffer but everyone would have to take action against them and bank should also needs to remember there obligation and responsibility and behave as a gentleman with there client.In my opinion I rate this bank as a one star.
