This is my first review in front of all you and this chance is given to me from mouthshut and I am going to write about union bank.
This bank provides the phone banking service but it is not good as the messages of withdral from atm does not come and no sms from the bank comes.
The ATM facility of this bank is good but the ATMS are not available everywere and not easily found in every city.
The internet banking is average and low as compared to the internet banking provided by the SBI, PNB and many other banking system
The coustomercare service is very good they pick up the call very fast as compared to other bank but unable to solve the problem and we have to consult branch every time.
The banks overall service ia below average and not much good so its is not a good idea to have account in this bank.
