UDHAYAM Theatre which is Opened 1983 those days there is not alternate A/C theatres and then it was maintained very well and not cheated public like cutt off the A/C and black ticket sales etc. But now a days its not maitained like that and its wasting its value of locations business power and loosing its audience except on the realease days of some stars movies otherwise there is no response. But, still its possible to improve its quality like Sathyam cinemas with Contracting some Good Managements. Still this theatre is not offering easy ticketing for public like dial-in-booking, e-ticketing etc. also the refreshment stall is very worst and it has not good branded products but overated. There is a vacant place opp. to Udhayam Complex and its the property of the Star Actor Mr. Vijay, he is planning to open a theatre complex and also he is trying to buy its nearer building a community hall (Proof: Posters of some political parties).
