ON 19/10/2016(WEDNESDAY) I BOOK A UBER CAB FROM CHINVAD STATION PUNE FOR GOING TO PALASE PLUS PUNE BUT WHEN CAB ARRIVE INSIDE THE STATION HE REFUSED TO PICKUP ME WITHOUT ANY REASON AND DRIVE OUT. HE CANCELL MY RIDE FROM HIS OWN. THAN I BOOK 2ND CAB OF UBER WHO PICKUP ME FROM CHINVAD STATION PUNE, BUT WHEN I REACH MY DESTINATION I SURPRISE TO KNOW THAT I HAVE TO PAY RS,162 . RS.102 IS FARE & RS,60/- CANCELLATION CHARGES. I HAD NO OTHER ALTERNTIVE BUT TO PAY THE SAME. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN UBER DRIVER HIMSELF REFUSE TO GIVE DRIVE TO ME, THAN WHY I WILL PAY PENALTY? I LODGE THE COMPLAINT FROM MY MOBILE IMMEDIATELY ON UBER SITE AND GOT MESSAGE THAT SOMEBODY OF UBER AUTHORITY WILL CONTACT ME, BUT NOT BODY CONTACT ME.
