Like always, i wud not be mentioning the story coz I believe that it spoils the fun but yes I wud definitely try to give you a fair idea about the movie so u can take a judgement about watching this movie......
First of all, I must say that I hate Ajay Devgan productions and I didnt have any hopes from this movie as well. Infact, I wud have never gone to watch this movie but sumone I really trust convinced me to go and watch this one...And, I must say it was a right decision. I wud one by one take every aspect of the movie...
DIRECTION:
I must say that Ajay has done a fabulous job this time..I have always appreciated his acting but now I even have full praise for his direction. He has taken care of even the minutest things in the movie and has inspired each and every actor to perform his best. The movie is very much engrossing and you really do not get any time to chat with ur neighbour..It really holds you very well and never loses its grip anywhere. Every actor has done justice to his/her role. Even Minisha Lamba is looking good and has acted well. Ajay and Kajol do not require any testimony and Ajay’s friends have also done nice job.
Storyline:
I think the storyline is somewhat copied from ’Notebook’ and ’fifty first dates’ but then there are several movies which are CCP...I must tell you this is far better than those. I have already mentioned that the movie has a wonderful grip and a total entertainer. It never bores you and keeps you interested. Sumthing or the other keeps on happening and so you enjoy every bit of it. And I must say that the story seems very real. you cant just say that this cannot happen in real life. The first half of the movie is very light and is quite entertaining. The characters are quite funny (Ajay’s friends and their wives/gfs). The friendship shown b/w Ajay and his friends again is sumthing amazing. If one has really understood the meaning of friendship he wud luv every bit of it. The second half is very emotional and made me shed some tears too. But then even then, they have tried to put some light moments here and there. The bond b/w Kajol and Ajay is sumthing to watch out. Also, the dialogues are wonderful. They really have the depth and power to pierce your heart. If you have heart which is not made of stone then you cannot escape sheding tears atleast once in the whole movie. The movie has a very good pace and things dont rush nor slog. Its very smooth and is not bumpy anywhere. There’s not at all a single point in the whole movie where u can say that this scene is stretched and cud be shortened. The jokes b/w Ajay and his friends are so real that you wud actually remember your friends while watching the movie.

Music:
This is the area where I guess there was a lot of scope for improvement. Except one or two songs, rest were boring. Also, except one song all songs are party songs. One expects romantic songs from a romantic movie but this is exception. Sumthing which you can criticize ;-)....

So, I just wanna say that I really loved watching the movie and wont mind watching it for the second time. it really appeals to you and I am sure after watching this movie, you wud start loving ur loved ones a lil more. Its my recommendation to all movie lovers......
