IfI could I would give US Airways negative 5 stars this is a terrible airline. Myflight took place from MCO to PHI and it was the worst experience on an airlineever. My bad experience started in Orlando with the longest and most event fullcheck in ever. The boarding was fast (surprisingly) and then a whole new messof problems started. The cabin was not clean and had a musty smell to it, theseats where small and there was no legroom. The flight crew was rude and notprofessional at all. Upon arriving in PHI there was no US Airs rep to direct meto baggage (construction detour) and when I asked the gate agent (who was notbusy) she just blew me off and said she could not help me I knew better. Ifound out were baggage was after asking four US Airways workers. We got ourbaggage all except one that was missing and we did end up getting it back but10 days later.
