I was headed for Dallas, via US Airways from the San Jose Airport, last Feb5, 2009. Departure was supposed to be at 6:20AM. We were boarded and after 40 minutes on the runway, they started deboarding people because the plane needs to reduce its weight so it can take off on an alternative ramp. This due to gusty winds during that day. So I was one of the people deboarded since I wont make my connecting flight to Dallas anymore. They booked me on an American Airlines Flight nonstop to Dallas. I had to change terminals to get there and fall in line again. When I got to AA, they said that US Airways overbooked with them. In short, I didnt get on that flight again and was sent back to US Airways, which again is on another terminal. They were kind enough to give me a voucher for the first time I was kicked out...but they were not so nice the 2nd time. I demanded a second voucher but they wouldnt give me. Instead they gave me a beverage coupon which nearly didnt get accepted when I finally got into a flight. I arrived in Dallas nearly 4 hours after my original schedule.

Worst airline experience ever. Won’t fly US Airways again.
