I always fly US Airways. Airlines like Delta, Airtran, Northwest can’t even compete. I like US Airways because they are big on the east

and west coast of the United States. They also have the best hubs. They include, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Charlotte. They use to have Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Tampa Bay, and even San Diego. But US Airways is still holding on with two hands. That’s why I like them and always fly with them. The only thing they need to work on is customer service and start using bigger jets coming out of major populated cities like Atlanta. US Airways tend to always use the small express jets like the CRJ 700 and 900 going to Charlotte and Philly. They need to start using more A320’s and 737’s. Even though I don’t like Delta, I wish Delta would of agreed to merge with US Air. The flight schedules out of every city would be fantastic. US Airways already has America West, so there would be more flights leaving by the hour or even less. US Airways would then have Atlanta and Salt lake City and all their minor hubs. If the two airlines agreed to merge with each other, then they would probally be the best out of the rest. The merger would satisfy more customers and would of brought Delta out of the water when they were in bankruptcy and needed help. But now that’s over and it looks like Delta is going to merge with Northwest Airlines. Well that’s all I have to say about US Airways. I would definitely recommend this airline to someone else. Like I said earlier, the only thing they need to work on is keeping the lines moving at the check in counter and start using bigger planes into major cities. US Airways could also increase in gates.  Like in Atlanta, they use to have 8 or more gates on the D concourse, but now there is only 3 and every now and then they will use their code share gates. What I said is just constructive criticism and hopefully US Airways understands and other people who read this. Go US Airways and the Star Alliance!!!
