My daughter took a flight from Houston to Richmond, VA with a stopover in Philadelphia.  Once in Philly she was told the flight was cancelled due to mechanical problem and the next flight was four hours away.  The funny thing is she is the only one at that counter in Philly which gives me the indication that the flight was cancelled due to low booking.  She asks for help to be put on another carrier but they said there is none that flies out of Philly today.  NEVER EVER AGAIN, will my family ever book another flight on this airline.  Sure, thing does happen and airline does cancel flight; however, this airline seems to do it more often than most other airlines do.  The bad thing here is my daughter is in route to Virginia for an interview to get in dental school.  She is so stressed out and afraid that she won’t arrive on time for tomorrow’s early interview.  Please beware this airline sucks.
