I am a senior having 14 yrs work experience being several years onsite.


Kindly disseminate my detailed experience/review among your friends to reduce the demise or ill-health of employees due to various tricks.


A colleague mentioned down a few reviews about intimating family before joining. That isn’t exaggeration & I personally experienced & suggest the same. If you are a highly talented, 99% it can be your last job with ltd salary [your’e locked], exemption is onsite VISA ppl.


How they do it? [fyi.their definition is psychiatric evaluation for this]


1.You get a call from 3-4 job agencies or prank calls simultaneously with a gap of 5-15 min for a job while working here or quit voluntarily. All agencies just do what the main agency [specialized on this skill more than a decade] informs. Network of the company is with main agency. Whatever you talk in the first interview-call about your weakness or pride [eg: you say .net exp only in 1st interview; job interest only in bangalore] would be talked or stressed in


the other interviews [interview email confirmation on .net only but act like show sympathy for not having Java & laugh; job availability in mumbai & not in Bangalore, if you accept to relocate, you hear Delhi & laugh/sympathy] & this will continue for months with daily calls[also get calls incessantly from saibaba donation trust calls, world vision calls, etc., many to name a few].


Dont let these calls continue after you learn you are hijacked. Inform your family immediately and escape the trap net somehow. Take help from loved/trusted ones. Never loose self-confidence.


2.Just a day before interview I received call on my alternate nbr with just a tap water-flow sound. Calling back the nbr, repeats same sound. Just 5 min before the interview I receive same call on my main ph#. It happened several times.


Intent is to harass/bully you without gap to bring such state of lock/control. An uncaught cyber crime/criminal activity.


If an employee is strong enough to cope the politics/stress & is strong against their misdeeds, they would go next level [last attempt] conniving with a corrupt psychiatric firm & plot either disturb state or some psychic state to the employee, professionally spreading among your colleagues; very strategically happen. Be bold. Well prepare for this situation in case. At times they may cleverly involve your own relatives [depends case-by- case].


Normally, employee/s undergoing this wouldn’t talk about it with colleagues & keeps to self. This is one reason for a low salary payer. That’s how they run the business.


In my case, agency learnt my father ph# that I was using to apply jobs from a cybercafe and started prank calls on it as well. Their network employer played with me for 2 mnths pending my candidature [after 2 presentations, 3 in-person discussions, talking about contract-to-perm later] & sudden salary talk to half my present sal & informed me they need current HR+ve review to move forward & literally asked me to contact present company HR for+ve feedback.


One can understand how blindly other companies help without ethics. Such is the magnitude of


ignorance/idiocy in the Indian industry. I didn’t experience this in USA though. At Most they have brains.


Main agency takes care:


Phone tapping [costs Rs1k/mnth for an architect whose sal is 1.5Lk/mnth], phone nbr changes, browsing patterns, ID changes on job portals etc., to name a few.


You can’t believe me if I tell you major job portals hijack job advt emails coming to your inbox [part of nexus/corruption].


Remind that, Information is well established/organized & structured for more than a decade.


JUST need to know on whom need to spy & fees. Trust me. Corruption is so high that you can’t escape their network. You only experience stress, But if you are analytical & follow strategically, you can dig things above.


Once you find out getting job has become difficult, Use internet café [not home], create new email Id [don’t use your ph# to create new email]. & apply directly to companies. Don’t use this emailId/phone/Home-PC when applying jobs advt from job portals.


When things are not well with mgr and if issues coming from HR or RMG, relate it & know about the intentional stress. If one knows things well around, one can prepare for confusion; stress mitigates & take remedy action accordingly.


And my intent of this review is only to showcase what they are doing with the employees. But one thing is you will loose the ethical war for sure. I sacrificed my career against locking as it discourages them spending money [a bit from me] & reminds my pledge country's prosperity alone lies our happiness.


Ethical business would have only work/schedule stress but not lethal politics inflicting health.


Don’t forget they won’t change as they are doing it for decades and has become normal practice. I surprise how such ppl got to such positions. Just protect yourself.Read -ve reviews closely on Glassdoor as well.


An experienced & ethical Snr Mgr joining from other reputed MNC here can ONLY bring the change by initially joining the clique & later getting them caught with evidences. A major help to society in-large [many innocent lives]. In advance I salute & say God bless him for the courage
