Do not apply to this company as a lateral or fresher.
I joined this company with better package than the rest of the industry like HCL TCS etc. but that was just a honey trap. I am specialised in a rare technology.
I was employed for 3 months in one project after I joined. then I was in bench for 2 months then HR called me and asked me to put papers. So totally I spent 3+2+2 7 months in this company.
Now I am back in the market and hard to find any jobs for my technology. better had stayed in the last company and moved to a stable company elsewhere.
