All other companies(due to their own poor standards) suffer with inferiority complex in comparison to this company so they refuse to hire anyone coming from here. But realize something, if you get a job in this company, you have achieved Moksha, no need to look for job any more, SO DO NOT FORGET TO remove your Naukri profile immediately and permanently.
Because.
This is an Unbelievably great company. Non mallus receive love, affection and job security. Your job is safe and package is unbeatable. Management never backstab anyone and doesn't have any contempt to outsiders.
Everybody talks only in English including situations of meetings. The company does not send any mails internally asking everyone to speak only in English because they speak English anyway. Employees are cultured because they always speak English in front of non-mallus, never in their mother tongue.They almost forgot Malayalam because they rarely speak in it.
Project management is superb, outstanding, excellent, example setting, unparalleled, sincere, participative, non-political, customer oriented and encourages planned execution. Hardware arrangements are incredible, you will never have to raise any tickets.
Mallus are very knowledgeable and wise. Only thing they don't know is work-place Politics, especially because it is not their culture to play politics. You will not see a single woman manager who is a cunning schemer.!
Onsite positions are given to carefully selected and technically excellent senior people, even if they are non-mallus. Don't believe the rumors that HR or other managers may be involved in cash-only corruption / bribing deals(also known as settings) leading to onsite placement. They are all lies.
