Usually I try to avoid collection of short stories like this one but this one really changed my mind. Jeffrey Archer really knows how to twist and turn stories so as to keep the reader riveted to the pages. On top of that some of these stories are real too which adds more to the charisma of the book. Some of the best stories are :

Cheap at half the price - The amazing story of the only Consuela Rosenheim . The excessively beautiful and manipulative Consuela whom everybody would love to admire. The way she gets expensive stuff she wants out of her numerous boyfriends and her third husband is simply gr8. all u beautiful girls and women out there, u can really take a lesson from Consuela whenever you want some exPensive gifts and ur husbands not willing . :), ;)

Chunnel Vision - The real life story of Jeffrey Archer himself and a dear friend of his and the now-off girlfriend of Archer's friend. The whole story is taking place around a single dinner in which all three eat and Jeffrey Archer's friend relates his latest story and the girlfriend , Christabel sets out to ruin the friends evening by eating her way through the every expensive item in the menu.

These two are just a gist of the stories in the book.

Also a story which deserves special mention is the last story. The story has four optional endings each of which is surpassing itself. Do read it for a light and nice experience.
