Worst and a total waste of Money. A small hut in village is far far better than this stupid resort
Total waste of money because of below reasons:
Heavy communication gap. The staff does not clarify the packages properly and while departure you will understand what else you need to pay as extra amount.
Swimming pool not at all safe for kids. My kid was taking bath and observed that a snake( Cobra) was passing by. It was really a pathetic moment for my kid.
Staffs are not at all co-operating. They do not understand any other language than kannad.
Manager who sits at reception is a worst person. He not at all know how to deal with client.
No safe room. The cottage where I stayed is having a balcony which is having a open door which cannot be closed in the night.
Heavy water problem in the room. Only kavery water is available no bore water.
Very delayed room service.
In short I would suggest never ever go to such a waste resort.
