I have used many different different hotels and resorts and Tulip is also one of them and it was really very bad experience with Tulip Bangalore due to its very poor services
During my Bangalore official tour I have booked this hotel but when I checked in I was surprised that the room quality was very poor its not found neat & clean, When we asked to waiter of related staff for such issue they ignored to me
When I asked to hotel staff for cancel my booking they told me that its non refundable and there behavior was also found very rudely
I see there that there was nothing like to decoration or its not maintained, Inside the room also there was a lot of peak of Pan was there
I asked to waiter for dinner he told me that they have not kitchen inside, He will arrange the food from out side which will be available and it will take one or two hours time
The bathroom of rooms also found very poor and not cleaned properly, I have stay here only for one night and in next day early morning I have moved out in other hotel due to its very poor services and poor quality of rooms
There is nothing found like guest services or no body was worried about services and maintenance
I realized that my money gone wastage and there is no value of our money for such kind of room quality and services
