First of all it's Salman Khan's film and it's obvious that it would be the best target for crtizism.Tubelight was the film which was most popular and trending topic among the pepole before it was released but not the same craze was seen after it's opening.It was shown in trailer that it is related with army units but in the film very rarely people can relate strong sentiments with the scene.
I personally disliked the movie bacause nor the characters were as appreciable as they were shown or the storyline.Particularly the story line builds up in kumaon regiment where salman khan a mentally retarded guy with his brother happily lived , suddenly the story takes so sharp a turn that its hard to believe and its even more hard to interpret.The film starts with supporting Indian army and ends with motivating people to lend the hands with chinese.What respect are we giving to the army who are struggling so hard to secure us from our so called rivals? and we are instead lending our hands.
Also Salman Khan's acting was not upto the par.The worst scene of shaking the mountain which was later revealed that it was just a coincidence takes you to another level of confusion.But comparing the above mentioned music was good.Overall the movie was not as today's generation require but not that bad.Finally the storyline was an exact replica of english movie the name which I dont remember now.
