Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijan are the one who introduced us to cult of Today's Salman, since the product is from the same combo I was awaiting and exited.
The film is all about the role of human values and belief system which is above religion, power etc.
Looks like the film is inspired from English film Little Boy who brig back his father from a similar situation,
Pros:
The film is based on Indo China war where Salman aims to bring his Brother back, Sohail who played salman's brother has very less to do but he was sincere, The war scenes and locations were extraordinary. Kudos to cinematography,
Salman's screen presence is the crowd puller and he made a sincere and genuine effort.
the child actor is another highlight to the film, scenes between salman and the child actor are the best,
Cons:
The pace of the film is slow,
salman looks miscast as in the little boy an eight year boy leads the role but here a middle aged man who has macho looks was given a similar to child role which looks unconvincing on the screen, the film could have been more with a different casting, the Plot of the film doesn't help to reach the graph. the sole of the film is much similar to recent flicks.
The music is decent.
Could have been better.
