My name is chaithra and I had just been to the jp nagar showroom to purchase Renault Kwid . I had already researched through a lotta stuff for kwid and hence had been to the show room with the intention to book it. As there was very little to know from the consultants abt the car I agreed to proceed further with the booking and the loan details. The consultant was pretty good and was courteous enough but then came the time when I started asking about the accessories and tried bargaining as I have heard that bargaining some times does work. The crew kept pushing us to book the car first as the manager of the showroom was busy and would join us to discuss about the bargaining thing once we finish the formalities. Once we finished the booking procedure and even paid the booking amount the manager(Dileep) pops in front of us. The most arrogant person I have ever seen or spoken to. Since kwid dint have any offers at all we asked him if he could give us some discount on the accessories. The man was so very pompous he bluntly refused to give any discount . I wouldn't bother if he offers us a discount or not but what matters is the attitude of a person who's selling you something. I urged further that people do give discounts on accessories to which he challenges me that if I get any other dealer who would give me any sorta discount then he(Dileep) would give me a 25k bonus. He challenged a customer, was rude, very arrogant, never allowed me to talk at all . I am in service industry as well and trust me an attitude like this would definitely get me fired from my Job. I just hope that the officials from Renault read this review, consider this seriously and would ensure that the "amazingly arrogant" Dileep is shown his place and is made sure to behave properly with the customers. No 1, not even an assh*le like him can treat me like that. To all the readers . please don't visit this place. Go to any other dealer but not this place. I wish I can give this a negative rating.
