HI Team,
It is very sad to write this note, but I had to because of very disappointing experience with Hyundai insurance renewal department. I had provided a post dated check(20-dec) to your executive on 11 dec for renewal of my car insurance and was promised that I would receive my soft copy by 26 dec by Bindu. Since I did not receive the same by 27 dec, I called your office and I was again assured by one of your executive that max by 29 dec EOD I would receive the soft copy of insurance. But so far I have neither heard back from you nor I have received the soft copy of insurance.
I had the same experience last year also wherein I had to renew my insurance on my own on last day of renewal. I had asked multiple times before proceeding with your team and only when they assured me, I went ahead with your team. May I know what is the reason of this highly unprofessional attitude of just delaying the things and providing false promises?
