I am unfortunately an existing customer of Trident Hyundai 1.3 GLS model with registration  Getz KA 51 P3588 wherein from the beginning I never got a complete satisfactory smile from them for below reasons:




  1. while buying, to fix the audio, they broke the plastic panel itself but neither reimbursed nor fixed new item which continues to be there till now. there wasnt even a sorry statement!




  2. audio system was fixed in such a way that for every break, it use to go back inside. and Bellad hyundai hubli instead of fixing it, they kept too many thermacols behind! finally a local vendor did a good job




  3. Trident Hyundai said, they give me a pioneer speakers and headset for audio system wherein in reality only the head was pioneer but rest all inside speakers and systems were local made in Peenya Bangalore which got spoiled in a year and when I replaced, got to know the reality. this is how they give freebies! I still have those old sets with me as proofs!




  4. whenever I did the teflan coating and related activities with Trident JP Nagar service centre, it was more of wax polish which use to go off in 3-4 washes! in fact actual 3M AMC was 1000% times better and cheaper




  5. almost ever service, the complaints registered which might be low level errors or high level, every time, I ended up either later getting repaired out side with a local service provider or went back to Trident.




  6. charges heavy amount for spare parts also! when complained about a noise when under warrantee, they said its nothing but when warrantee got over, they only complained that Rack is problem which needs to be replaced and it costs 36K! thankfully there was no stock and hence didn't get it replaced but I am still using the same Rack with 2 bush getting replaced and no Noise till now after 1 plus year! they didn't even understood is it bush problem and rack problem! this was checked by so called expert after test drive!




  7. every time when I give it for service, the charges were always beyond 8K and the problems continues to be there. performance, milage was pathetic. which I then got it repaired through local service provider




  8. recently there was door rubber bush problem after replacing and the door wasn't getting closed properly for which they used a hammer and after many hits, some one suggested to exchange the bush to another door which worked. looks they don't use brain. but by those hits, the lock is till now a problem!




  9. initially I used to get my tyre alignment and balancing getting done through Trident Hyundai JP Nagar, who did such a amazing work that when it reached 39K itself I replaced the tyres because outside tyre threads were like brand new wherein inside threads were completely worn out causing imbalance and a local service provider of wheel balancing laughed at it! afterwards I never asked them do wheel alignment or balancing. now the tyres which I am using is reaching 60K target and still I can use for another 5K! never get it done with Trident!




  10. when my car reached 60-70K mark, they said, de-carbonization need to be done for which they charged hepty amount in the bill and I believed they did it wherein when I took very recently to Advaith Subramanyapura service centre, the service manager showed me that there is no evidence of doing de-carbonization but I know I paid money for that! so these clearly indicates what kind of cheating happens in Trident! he was a much better polite person by name Jayakrishna Ranga! I did appreciate him too.




  11. Today, I thought I will buy Verna 4S and thought of still connecting with Trident but instead Hosur Road Sales shop wherein I spoke to Mr Kavan Devaiah who seems to be amazing sales person wherein he doesnt even know the word "THANK YOU" when I said I am an existing customer of Hyundai for 7 plus years. He wasnt ready to share any sort of loyalty discount for being a customer! on top of that he said, only 15K cash discount being festive season and 70% discount on insurance for corporate customers! where as for a non corporate customer, they are fine to waive of complete insurance amount for the first year! on top of that when I shared my existing experiences and feedbacks he showed such a casual attitude as if boss just get lost! there wasnt even a sorry for the bad experience! when he started raising the voice which made my blood boil and yelled at him! sick of trident sales team if this is the behaviour! at the end I got a better deal and respect from Advaith Hyundai Bellandur even though they also have complains but still seems better than Trident!






if I keep telling the good experiences which I had with Trident Hyundai from the begining, I dont think the space is suffice! overall I must say strictly STAY AWAY from TRIDENT HYUNDAI any branch. I dont think there is any customer focus or respect to existing loyal customers!


Since there is no negative stars or less than 1, I am giving 1 star!
