It is there policy that when they expect a business they would call you and after you like a honeybee. When it comes to service and customer satisfaction Trident Hyundai does not bother, BECAUSE THEY ARE QUITE SURE CUSTOMER HAS TO COME TO THEM. There is no other Hyundai option, they are doing the monopoly. So they did not have grievance cell, being such a big group.
I gave my Elite i20 for 2nd free service and an minor(Scratched Paint) insurance claim on 11-Aug-16. But, Still now they did not return my vehicle. The concerned person does not bother to lift the call. Also, when I called their central service center they said they did not start working on my vehicle and they may deliver tomorrow.
Because of these unprofessional buggers I could not go out on a planned outing on last long weekend in 15-Aug-16. Highly Unprofessional! I NEVER recommend any Hyundai Customer to Trident.
