I have a Santro which got flooded with mud and water due to rain water entered into my parking which dint damage the car as much as it did by taking my car to this pathetic service centre, they dint even clean my car for 44 days, without my permission they opened the seat, dashboard and electricals and ecm(which is not working right now).
Because of these idiots my car started rusting and these guys dint even bother to clean or repair, at the same time Blue Hyundai repaired and delivered my Neighbours car within 30 days.
The service executive is never available and I get to hear one thing when I try to call him " You are not supposed to call on this number"
They quoted an estimate of 2 lakhs as my repair expenses for 4 year old santro, the ex-showroom price of Santro is 3 lakhs only, which means that I can replace a whole new engine with all new interiors and accessories.
When I checked with the service executive, he told that the expenses may be 50, 000 but we have estimated it to be 2 lakhs, this is nothing but Fraud.I decided to take my car back and asked them to give it back which they gave but after stealing things(Mats, ecm is opened and not working, air filter, some electrical chips and central locking. more to check and will raise a police complaint based on the missing things) from my car.
So if you really want to repair your car at Trident first take few snapshots of your engine and other accessories, if possible take a mechanic before accepting delivery from these guys, you will surely see a difference in your car after their pathetic service.
