I had a nightmare experience in March and it is still continuing in July. My plane didn’t take off because of weather, Travelocity didn’t rebook, I did and I tried  calling them 5 times. They never called me back, put me on hold FOREVER, If I hadn’t rebooked the whole trip myself I wouldn’t have gone. When I returned home I got an email from them saying "sorry yor missed your trip." They had no clue I had rebooked but they kept MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! I have contacted BBB. It had already been charged on my CC so I cannot get it back but they have refunded me the two nights I missed at my hotel because of the plane no taking off. DO NOT BOOK through them they are thieves. I am still fighting this.  I do not paying the correct amount for the airlines and the hotel who both by the way say I was overcharged and should have booked myself. 
They said they sent me an email telling me the plans had changed. NO frigin kidding and I tried to call you and you never called me back or put me on hold forever. I had to change the plans and NOTIFY you and then to send me an email saying sorry your trip was cancelled should have been an automatic refund or a call to me asking what they could do or something for a future trip. I wonder how many other people they ripped off that weekend.
