In June I bought a package from travelocity.  The only aspect of the trip that was good was the airline flight.  I got to the airport and the rental car agency told me that they only had mini vans (which is not what I ordered!) and since I didn’t really want one all I had to do was go to another rental counter.  I told them that I had already pre paid for their service and they told me that it didn’t matter I wouldn’t be charged.  That was incorrect!  Therefore, I got charged for having a mini van that I never drove.  Next I got to the hotel and it was in a warehouse district and there were what appeared top be gang members hanging out at the gas station which was right in front of the hotel.  I called Travelocity and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and I was not going to be refunded at all.  I had even bought the insurance, but there was nothing that they could do about the neighborhood and just because I didn’t feel safe was no reason to cancel the reservation.  I was told to try and reverse it from the credit card company.    The customer service employees would and could not help me.  I ended up going to another hotel and got charged for hotel service that I never stayed at.  Be wary, don’t believe the commercials that if it isn’’t right, then they will make it right.  They won’t make anything right.  I ended up spending $600.00 on nothing. 

BE VERY WARY OF THIS SERVICE!!
