I bought a Transcend MP3 player 2GB in November 2010. After 2 months, it stopped working. Since the product was under warranty, I sent it to the Service center in Bangalore in January 2011 for replacement/repair. Four months have passed and still I have got the mp3 back.
Apparently, this is the same case with a few other customers who have given their mp3s for service. So, better watch out before you buy transcend products.
