Bad services. Review on Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd

Hello Everyone, I'm going to share with you my experience with trackon courier services. My uncle lives in dubai. And I lives the chocolate of dubai so I yold them to send some packets of chocolate to me via courier. He send the packets through trackon courier services. With all information mentioned on the courier even the pin code too. They said that the receiver will receive the courier within 4 to 5 days. But even after 1 week I didn't receive any courier or any message. My uncle call in trackon courier they said that there are too many packets are to be delivered from dubai to india that's why u have to face delayed. They said after 1 to 2 days your courier will be delivered. But I didn't receive any courier from the company. After that my uncle annoyingly asked to courier company about the inconvenience he call them but the employee are didn't receiving his call therefore my uncle call on an alternate number . They receiving the call my uncle ask about what happens with my courier they said that u dail wrong number because we are from. Trackon courier services but we are deals with national couriers we have no idea about international couriers. After that reply my uncle never calls in that company again and I also forgot about courier and chocolates. It is a really disgusting services provided by trackon courier services. Friends never use this service it will cost you very much
