Hello friends, Today I am going to share my personal experience with Trackon courier service. Rakshabandhan is a great festival for every brother and sister. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan 2017, my mother sends a Rakhi with sweets via Trackon courier to his brother from New Delhi Paschim Vihar(matke wali gali) a center of Trackon branch to Hazaribagh Depugarh. She provided each and every details correctly in front of the packet. And handed over to Trackon courier 12 days before Raksha Bandhan to defeat the rush and to be delivered to her brother on time. She paid 280 Rs for the courier packet to Trackon employee according to the weight of courier box.
2 days before Raksha Bandhan she contacted her brother about the courier delivery but he replied it does not reach till now. Her brother went to Trackon courier office to check his courier but there was also the absence of courier. My mother went to the courier office from where she had handed the courier. The staff checked and tracked the status of courier it was found at Ramgadh and told that tomorrow anyhow it will reach the destination and will be delivered on same day.
Again 1 day before same happened no courier reached there my mother contacted the staff via mobile he told that due to rush it is some inconvenience to reach today so tomorrow anyhow before 10 it will be delivered.
On the final day of Raksha Bandhan, it was around 11:30 am when my mother contacted the staff again but he received no calls from her around 10 to 12 calls. She was totally frustrated and reached the office. when she asked the staff about why don't he picks her phone he gave a very silly answer to hide his mistake and told that my phone got hanged I was not able to attend any calls. Only they make fool to customers.
She asked that why courier not reached till now he again reacted like he knows nothing about that and told that I am checking the status again. He told that after Ramgadh it is misplaced and reached to Kolkata and will be delivered tomorrow. He told it a mistake from our side. Whats the need for that courier tomorrow if rakshaband is today. There is no value to it after today. He gave the money back to my mother but my mother ignored the money and placed a complaint to head office Mumbai and tally all the case how the staff cheated. But no action was taken till now from that side also and till now it not reached.
All careless employees should be removed. How they are so careless even they don't care about the value of items delivered and their impression on customers vision. very bad service. They have the duty to check whether the items handed to them via different customers are on the right way to reach a destination or not. If there would be more valuable items then what would happen? Only one thing they learn how to fill their pocket via different customers and advertise for quick delivery everywhere. making fraud.
I recommend not to send anything anywhere via Trackon courier as to not fall on their sweet trap and waste your valuable items and money too, Better go for another courier point and hand over to it after getting full details and confirmation about their service.
