It was my 15 yrs of Dream to own that product(i am sorry all, I can't name that product here. "Personal") and after a very very long search and wait, I finally found that product online from one of the sellers from Luthiana.   Well I could have got it from US but due to some reasons, I could not.  So I was finally happy to have found that product in India itself.


So I was almost ready to but one think kept on stopping me, "Courier Services" in India.   I have read a numerous amounts of Reviews out here on various courier companies including Fedex, Blue Dart, DTDC and even out India Post's Speed Post.!  And most of them are found to have a overall of "Single Star"!   So I had that fear and so was in a dilemma to order or not!


But finally after a lots of encouragement and positive hope from the seller, I decided to buy that "Long Dreamt item".   He promised me that, he will be sending the product through the "Fedex Ground shipping" which he never encountered a bad experience.  So I agreed to him.


The product has to come to the seller's branch warehouse at Mumbai to Chennai.  But he finally broke the promise and sent the package through this "Trackon Courier Services".  When I asked him why! He said that "They where not accepting the package"!


So here is the Tracking -


-> The Product got Shipped on 21st Aug, Friday Evening. - The Product arrived at Chennai regional office Guindy on 26th.(about 10kms north of my house).


-> The product arrived at Tambaram HUB on 27th.(about 10kms south west of my house. ha ha funny).


-> Till 31 Aug, just for a distance of 10Kms - NO updates.!


So since I saw no updates, I got suspicious.  The Seller told me that, the product will arrived in 5 to 7 days max for sure, but it was 11 days and I have not received the product. So I decided to Contact them personally and ask them the details and here is were hassle started -


-> So, I called calling up the Tambaram HUB first.  About 8 calls, No replies, no busy or cannot be reached.


-> Got the call connected on the 9 call.  Asked the attender the details. And she replied - "We never have heard of your location before, hence your location is not serviceable by us!" and she disconnected the call!   Note - In Live in Chennai and my location is not serviceable!


-> But since I was not that clear on what she said, to confirm, I tried calling her again and again.  And got the number after about 7 tries and a guy picked up, who actually seemed to be the in-charge of the hub.   So I asked him the details and he got my AWB details and asked me to call after 30 min.( the call was very disturbed one, very irritating).


-> I tried calling him after 45 min.  Over 15 tries and it was either busy or not reachable.  So I went on doing some other work for a while and came back after 1 hour and tried again. And finally got the call back with him and he said " Sir, you address is not Serviceable with us, the Velachery HUB does. So I will send it back to Guindy and they well decide what to, like weather to call you and make me come there to collect or send the package to Velachery".


-> So I didn't wanted to waste further more time and I decided to go to the Tambaram HUB all by myself to get the package.   And as planned on Sept 1(thats today), I went there and got the package.  I have not opened the box yet, but I hope everything inside is fine. The Problems with this crap courier are -




  • They are not systematical ->  They don't know which is correct hub for the Address.  I my case, it was lucky that, though they sent the package to a wrong hub, I could contact them and travel them myself to get the package. Otherwise, my consignment would have lost!




  • They are very unprofessional ->  The employees seem to be uneducated and not knowledgeable.  If you ask them anything other than the regional language, you won't get an answer at all.   Their way of answering is also very blurry and rude.!




  • The Courier service with "NO Customer care" ->  They have provided customer care numbers on their website. But if you call them, you will never get an reply.  Even if you keep on trying for 24hrs a day.   I tried 4 number and each nos over 20 times, and never got a call answered.




  • Worst Tracking system -> They have the worst Tracking system I guess.  No real time updates at all.  If your product states it at a place, that mean its not.  Very unclear updates.






Verdict - Overall, This courier service is the most worst Courier service I have come across.  Most non-supportive service..  But by some luck, the Tambaram hub atleast agreed to keep the package safe with them, so that I could go there and pick it up today.   Otherwise, I would have been at a biggest loss.


Final Advice - I advise all to "Not to choose this Trackon service.  Even Fedex and Blue Dart is better.  Even you can Trust India Post, but never Trackon.


They need to "cease and desist".
